Explore The Architectural Window Products Gallery For Arizona Homeowners

Below you will find a partial portfolio of some spectacular residences representing the spectrum of my work. I was fortunate to have been a contributor to the development of these homes. This gallery represents the caliber of work we are currently providing as Architectural Window Products.

Kelvin Semper, Owner/President

A dazzling design mix of traditional and modern, this Desert Castle was created with European style. Cozy in Gold Canyon, AZ, it features a combination of western and mid-level custom aluminum windows. This home also features bronze anodized western bi-fold doors that open to one side, accordion-style, to maximize the indoor/outdoor living space. The kitchen includes a matching pass-through bifold accordion window.
This gorgeous residence nestled in Desert Mountain, AZ, sits on approximately four acres. It’s a unique architectural work of arithmetical art. This series of window designs integrate several Western Window products with features like multi-slide doors, arched-top clerestories that drink in the light, and reversed transoms that meet at 90° angles, just to name a few. The result is continuous walls of glass that bring the outside inside.
In this handsome circular residence, a beautiful butt-glazed window provides a seamless, luxurious look to this contemporary design, along with its nearly 180° view.
This beautiful Peterson Architects Arizona residence is nestled among nature. It’s a magnificent, unforgettable property of geometric angles and modern design fitted with Western Window products featuring a bronze anodized finish and installed in saw-cut block openings.
Lining the shore of San Diego, CA, this custom waterfront property sits on two lots with a memorizing and uninterrupted view of the bay.
We were happy to meet the challenge and help resolve the dilemma of the client’s initial design not meeting the wind load requirements of the area. With our supply partner Western, we redesigned the window wall and defined the locations of steel inserts to strengthen the completed unit. We suggested some subtle changes to maintain the overall look while still providing a structurally sound system that will stand the test of time.
This build was an extremely challenging project because access to the rear of the house was quite limited, which prevented using a crane or hoist to set the window wall. However, we got creative, ate our Wheaties, and lifted those glass units the old-fashioned way. The photos speak to the results.
This build was another beautiful Desert Mountain home by Joe Storey of Tierra Custom Homes. It’s a perfect combination of Western high-end doors and window walls, along with Milgard’s thermally broken windows to produce that classic contemporary look. The continual glass wall is striking, and the brake-metal wraps on the steel posts create a seamless statement of quality.
This Paradise Valley Resort home is a fine show of multiple products. It includes Windsor wood-cladding with Western’s high-end aluminum fixed casement windows and bifold doors and mid-level aluminum small fixed windows.
Paradise Valley facelift with full window and glass door remodel.
This project is an excellent example of how windows and glass doors can upgrade the look and the value of a home. With this Paradise Valley remodel, we removed all the existing windows and doors. We then replaced them with new great-looking products while keeping the old-world Tuscany style. Notice these fabulous doors? They are Windsor.
This beautiful home, built in Estancia by Norick Custom Homes, is a lovely example of Western Windows product selection for our custom homes. This house included oversized pocket doors, fixed window walls, sliding doors, hinged doors, casements, clerestories, butt-glazed windows, and a 90° bifold window at the bar. This one has it all!
